This is the recipe for the smoothie that I've been making for breakfast this past week. This is the recipe for a single serving.
Ingredients
2 handfuls of frozen mixed berries
1/2 frozen banana
1 1/2 cup of your choice of milk
Optional: almonds
Directions
I use my nutribullet to blend this together, but a blender will work just as well.
1.) Place the berries in the blender or nutribullet.
2.) Add in the frozen banana.
3.) Add in the milk you chose.
4.) Add in the almonds if you choose to.
5.) Blend well and enjoy :)
